Three months ago, after a year of writing and editing, I published my novel Deadly Fare on Amazon. With the cover design in place, I pushed the button and waited, not really knowing what would happen next. I had spread news of the event by word-of-mouth among friends and acquainances. Luckily, enough of them were listening and bought the book, which pushed its rankings into Amazon's Top-100 List of books in the organized crime category.
